Fishing at Holmes Lake April 29th and board meeting on April 25th

Fishing in Lincoln April 29th

We'll be fishing at Holmes Lake in Lincoln starting at around 1PM on Saturday April 29th.  We should have a couple of spare fly rods to share if you don't have one of your own and want to learn. Or bring a spinning rod if you prefer. You'll need a fishing license which you can get at https://ngpc-permits.ne.gov/NGPC-PS/faces/public/welcome . There should be some trout left in the lake as well as bluegill and bass. We'll have refreshments and snacks available for breaks. All ages welcome!

We'll be on the North side of the lake, with a couple of tents to protect the snacks and a banner. Dress warmly for cool spring weather!

Chapter Board Meeting April 25th

Earlier in the week, on April 25th at 7PM, we will have a chapter board meeting at our regular meeting location at the NRD building in Chalco Hills in Omaha. Members and interested parties are always welcome to attend, but board meetings are less fun than fishing. So if you have to choose, come fishing with us on Saturday instead.

After the business is over we generally go to the Choo Choo Bar & Grill, 14240 U (off Millard Avenue) for socializing. (After 9pm)

Please do come and participate or drop by for drinks thereafter!

A map to the meeting location is at:
